208. נקיטת פעולות פיקוח בשווקים
רופא וטרינר מוסמך בשווקים יפקח על קיומם של אלה, לפי הוראות חקיקת המזון:
(1)תנאי התברואה;
(2)בטיחות של מוצרי הבשר;
(3)שלמות האריזה וקיום תהליכי סימון המזון;
(4)אחסון מוצרי הבשר;
(5)הובלת מוצרי הבשר ופריקתם מרכב הובלה;
(6)תהליכי העבודה;
(7)עקיבות;
(8)אורך חיי המדף.
