266. עיצום כספי בנסיבות מחמירות
היה לממונה יסוד סביר להניח כי יצרן, יבואן או משווק הפר הוראה מההוראות לפי חוק זה, המפורטת בסעיפים 261 ו־262, בנסיבות מחמירות, רשאי הוא להטיל עליו עיצום כספי השווה לכפל הסכום שניתן היה להטיל בשל אותה הפרה; בסעיף זה, ”נסיבות מחמירות“ – הפרה העלולה לגרום לסיכון לבריאות הציבור או בטיחות המזון.
