תיקון: תשס״ב
בחוק זה –
”בית דין“ – בית דין דתי דרוזי;
”בית הדין לערעורים“ – בית הדין הדתי הדרוזי לערעורים;
”קאדי־מד׳הב“ – חבר בית דין או חבר בית הדין לערעורים;
”המועצה“ – המועצה הדתית הדרוזית שכוננה בתקנות לפי פקודת העדות הדתיות (ארגונן);
”הנציב“ – נציב תלונות הציבור על שופטים שמונה לפי סעיף 3 לחוק נציב תלונות הציבור על שופטים, התשס״ב–2002.
