19. מסירת מידע לאחר
בעל רישיון, אחראי על מחקר, מטפל ומי שנותן ייעוץ גנטי, מנהל מכון גנטי ומנהל מעבדה לבדיקות גנטיות רשאים למסור מידע גנטי לאחר, לפי הוראות סעיף 20 לחוק זכויות החולה, למעט סעיף קטן (א)(5) שבו, בשינויים המחויבים.
