60. הגדרות
בסימן זה –
”כלי תעבורה“ – אוטובוס ציבורי או מונית, כמשמעותם בפקודת התעבורה, או בתקנות שהותקנו לפיה;
”בעל שירות“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)בעל רשיון קו באוטובוס לפי תקנה 386 לתקנות התעבורה, התשכ״א–1961;
(2)בעל מונית המסיעה נוסעים בקו קבוע;
(3)מי שמנהל עסק של הסעת נוסעים במונית בקו קבוע;
(4)בעל רשיון לפי חוק רישוי שירותי התעופה, התשכ״ג–1963, הרשאי להטיס נוסעים בקו סדיר וקבוע על־פי תנאי רשיונו.
