25יד. איסור התניה
תיקון: תשע״ז
על אף האמור בסעיף 2(ג), בחוזה שכירות למגורים –
(1)אין להתנות על הוראות סעיף 25ו;
(2)אין להתנות על הוראות סעיפים 6, 8 עד 10, 15, 21(ב) ו־(ג), 23 עד 25ה, 25ח(א)(1), (ב) ו־(ג) ו־25ט עד 25יג, אלא לטובת השוכר.
