126. הוראת שעה
בתקופה שמיום התחילה עד היום שלפני היום הקבוע [צ״ל: היום הקובע] כמשמעותו לפי סעיפים 56 ו־57(ג) לחוק הדואר (תיקון מס׳ 11), התשע״ב–2012 (ביום 31.12.2026), יקראו את ההגדרה ”בנק הדואר“ שבסעיף 19 לחוק זה כך:
””בנק הדואר“ – החברה כהגדרתה בחוק הדואר, התשמ״ו–1986, בנותנה את השירותים הכספיים כהגדרתם באותו חוק מטעם החברה הבת, כמשמעותה בסעיף 88יא לחוק האמור;“.
