71. יכול בית המשפט לצוות לדחות כל פעולות משפטיות
אם נתברר לבית המשפט שבעל המכרה או הסוכן או המנהל נקטו בפעולות ממשיות, על מנת למלא אחרי ההודעה או אחרי החלטת המפקח אלא שעם כל הזריזות המספקת לא היה באפשרותם להשלים את העבודה, יכול בית המשפט לדחות כל מו״מ משפטי בשל אותה עברה ולמחול את העונש לכשתעשה העבודה בתוך מועד שיצוה.
