72. הסכם אינו פוטר ואינו מונע
שום הסכם לא יפטור אדם ולא ימנעהו מעשות כל אותם המעשים שיהא צורך בהם כדי למלא אחרי הוראות הסעיפים 68, 69 ו־70 ושום חוזה לא יטיל עליו אחריות לתשלום דמי נזק, לקבלת עונש או להחרמה על עשיית אותם המעשים.
