תיקון: תשע״ז, תשפ״ב
דינם של עובדים, מנהלים, נושאי משרה ובודקים במעבדה מוכרת, לרבות מי שמסייע להם בהפעלת סמכות או במתן שירות, לעניין תפקידם לפי פקודה זו, כדין עובדי המדינה לעניין חיקוקים אלה:
(1)חוק שירות הציבור (מתנות), התש״ם–1979;
(2)חוק שירות הציבור (הגבלות לאחר פרישה), התשכ״ט–1969;
(3)חוק העונשין, לעניין ההוראות הנוגעות לעובדי הציבור.
