2יז. אי־תחולה לעניין רשויות מוסמכות
תיקון: תשע״ז, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ד־2
(א)אין בהוראות סעיפים 2ה עד 2טז4 –
(1)כדי לגרוע או לשנות מסמכויות כל רשות מוסמכת לפי פקודה זו או כדי להקנות לה סמכות נוספת;
(2)כדי לגרוע מסמכויות לפי פקודת המכס.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מכלליות האמור בסעיף קטן (א), סעיפים 2ה עד 2טז4 לא יחולו ביחס לייבוא טובין שהם מזון כהגדרתו בחוק הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון), התשע״ו–2015.
