תיקון: תשס״ט
מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל אחראי בפני שר המשפטים על מערכת ההוצאה לפועל ועל ביצוע סדרי המינהל בלשכות ההוצאה לפועל לפי סעיף 4(ב) לחוק, ונתונות לו מכוח הסעיף האמור כל הסמכויות הנתונות למנהל לשכת הוצאה לפועל.
