תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)שאר המונחים שבתקנות אלה, משמעותם כמשמעות הנודעת להם בחוק, אם אין כוונה אחרת משתמעת.
(ב)החלטות, צווים ומסמכים שסעיפים 81, 81א, או 81א1 לחוק חלים עליהם, דינם לעניין תקנות אלה כדין פסק דין.
