81. צו מינוי
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)צו מינוי כונס נכסים יהא ערוך לפי טופס 16 שבתוספת הראשונה.
(ב)רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי להורות על פרסום המינוי בדרך שתיראה לו.
(ג)מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל ישלח הודעה על המינוי לחייב ולזוכה, בצירוף העתק מצו המינוי; ההודעה לחייב תפרש את חובותיו לפי סעיף 56 לחוק.
