82. ערובה
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)הורה רשם ההוצאה לפועל שעל כונס הנכסים לתת ערובה, לא יינתן צו המינוי לפני שניתנה הערובה, אלא אם הורה רשם ההוצאה לפועל הוראה אחרת.
(ב)הזוכה רשאי לבקש כי הערובה תובטח על ידי החוב הפסוק.
