תיקון: תשס״ט
נתמנה כונס נכסים לנכס שלגביו מתנהל רישום על פי כל דין, יתן מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל הודעה על המינוי למי שמנהל אותו רישום, והערה על המינוי תירשם בפנקס שבו מתנהל הרישום; רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי לקבוע כי מי שהתמנה לכונס נכסים ימציא את ההודעה על מינויו למי שמנהל את הרישום.
