(א)תקנות 113(א) ו־(ב), 114 ו־116 עד 118 יחולו לעניין הליך רישוי באמצעות מורשה להיתר, ואולם במקום ”רשות הרישוי“ ו”המהנדס“ יקראו ”המורשה להיתר“.
