73. התקשרות עם מכון בקרה
היה ההיתר מסוג ההיתרים שלגביהם קבע שר האוצר לפי סעיף 157ג לחוק כי נדרשת בקרת ביצוע של מכון בקרה, יתקשר בעל ההיתר עם מכון בקרה אשר יבצע בקרת ביצוע על עבודות הבנייה על פי ההיתר, והכול לפי תקנות עבודת מכון בקרה.
