115. פטור מקיום תנאים לייבוא מוצרי תעבורה או לקבלת רישיון לייבוא מוצרי תעבורה
השר, באישור הוועדה, רשאי לקבוע כי בהתקיים נסיבות שיקבע תהיה הרשות המוסמכת לייבוא רשאית לתת למייבא מוצרי תעבורה פטור מקיום התנאים לייבוא מוצר תעבורה או מקבלת רישיון לפי סעיפים 109 ו־110, לפי העניין, ובכלל זה רשאי השר לקבוע תנאים חלופיים או משלימים לאותם תנאים; ואולם לא יינתן פטור לפי סעיף זה לעניין טובין שייבואם אסור על פי כל דין.
