155. מקום עריכתה של שומת רכב
(א)לעניין שומת רכב שלשם עריכתה יש צורך בציוד ובמיתקנים הנמצאים במוסך, שמאי רכב לא יערוך אותה אלא במוסך שהוא בעל רישיון להפעלת מוסך.
(ב)השר רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין מקום עריכתה של שומת רכב שאינה שומת רכב כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), הנערכת מחוץ למוסך.
