169. השעיה מכהונה של חבר ועדת המשמעת
השר רשאי, בהודעה בכתב, להשעות חבר ועדת המשמעת מכהונתו אם הוגשו נגדו כתב אישום או קובלנה כאמור בסעיף 166(2) – עד למתן פסק דין סופי בעניין.
