168. סמכות לסיים דיון
חבר ועדת המשמעת שהחל בדיון ותקופת כהונתו כחבר ועדת המשמעת הסתיימה לפי הוראות סעיף 165 או נפסקה לפי הוראות סעיף 167(א) או (ב)(1), יהיה מוסמך לסיים את הדיון שהחל בו בתוך שישה חודשים מיום שהסתיימה או נפסקה כהונתו, זולת אם ראה השר כי יש הצדקה לקיצור התקופה.
