245. תקנות ראשונות
(א)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 17 יובאו לאישור הוועדה בתוך שישה חודשים מיום פרסומו של חוק זה.
(ב)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 87 יובאו לאישור הוועדה בתוך שלושה חודשים מיום פרסומו של חוק זה.
(ג)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 128(ב) יובאו לאישור הוועדה בתוך ארבעה חודשים מיום פרסומו של חוק זה.
(ד)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 159(ב) יובאו לאישור הוועדה בתוך שישה חודשים מיום פרסומו של חוק זה.
