משווק רכב ידווח לקונה על נזק שנגרם לרכב לפני מסירת החזקה בו לקונה, ובכלל זה נזק שתוקן; השר, באישור הוועדה, יקבע הוראות לעניין סוג הנזק שעליו נדרש לדווח ולעניין אופן הדיווח לקונה.
