86. חובת מתן תעודת אחריות לרכב
(א)משווק רכב לא ימכור רכב בלי למסור לידי הקונה תעודת אחריות לרכב ולחלקיו בשפה העברית, אם ניתנה אחריות לרכב על ידי יצרן הרכב או סוכן מורשה.
(ב)משווק רכב המציע תקופת אחריות נוספת מעבר לתקופת האחריות שנתן יצרן הרכב או סוכן מורשה, יפרט את תנאיה, ואם היא כרוכה בתשלום – יציג את מחירה בנפרד ממחיר הרכב, ולא יתנה את רכישת הרכב ברכישת אחריות נוספת כאמור.
