97. קביעת תחולה על מוצרי תעבורה – סימן ב׳
השר יקבע בצו, בהתחשב בטעמים בטיחותיים או סביבתיים, מוצרי תעבורה המיועדים לשיווק בישראל בלבד, שהוראות סימן זה יחולו עליהם, למעט מוצרי תעבורה לרכב מסוג טרקטור ומכונה ניידת ולרכב הפטור מחובות רישום ורישוי לפי אותה פקודה; צו כאמור ייקבע בהסכמת שר האוצר ושר הכלכלה והתעשייה.
