99. חובת קבלת אישור לייצור דגם מוצר תעבורה
לא ייצר אדם מוצר תעבורה, אלא אם כן קיבל אישור לייצור דגם מוצר התעבורה לפי הוראות סימן זה, ובהתאם לתנאי האישור ולהוראות לפי חוק זה.
