לא יראו בלווה שקיבל הלוואה מידי מלווה באמצעות מערכת לתיווך באשראי, כלקוחו של אותו מלווה לעניין חובות החלות על המלווה לפי כל דין בקשר למתן הלוואה, כל עוד השירותים הניתנים ללווה בקשר לחובות כאמור, ניתנים באמצעות המערכת.
