”ברירת משפט“, ”הודעת תשלום קנס“ – כמשמעותם בחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982 (להלן – חוק סדר הדין הפלילי);
”גורר מורשה“, ”רכב מנועי“ – כמשמעותם בפקודת התעבורה (להלן – פקודת התעבורה);
”עבירת תעבורה“ – כהגדרתה בפקודת התעבורה, ובלבד שענינה אי ציות לתמרור או אי ציות להוראות בדבר הכוונה של תנועת רכב, חנייתו או עצירתו.
