4. תלמיד היפנוט
(א)האיסורים האמורים בסעיפים 2 ו־3 לא יחולו על רופא, רופא שיניים או פסיכולוג מומחה, שהמנהל אישר שהוא תלמיד היפנוט, לגבי היפנוט הנעשה לצרכי לימודיו ובפיקוחו האישי של מוסמך להוראת היפנוט.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”רופא“ ו”רופא שיניים“ – לרבות תלמיד בשנת לימודיו האחרונה ברפואה או ברפואת שיניים, לפי הענין, ו”פסיכולוג מומחה“ – לרבות פסיכולוג בתקופת התמחותו לקבלת תואר של מומחיות מוכרת.
