2. החייב בביצוע התאמות נגישות לשירות
החייב בביצוע התאמות נגישות לשירות ציבורי הוא האחראי להספקת שירות כאמור בסעיף 19יא(ב) לחוק, לרבות בעלי השירות, מחזיק או מפעיל שלו.
