תיקון: תשנ״ב
קברניט של אניית חמרים מסוכנים בצובר הנמצאת בתחום נמל, יניף על האניה בשעות היום דגל אדום לפי טופס 3 שבתוספת השניה, ויאיר בשעות הלילה – מאור אדום בראש התורן, ואם אין לכלי השיט תורן – בראש אחת מכלונסאותיו, בגובה שלא יפחת מששה מטרים מעל לסיפון, באופן שהאור ייראה מכל עבר עד למרחק של שלושה קילומטרים וחצי לפחות.
