176. מכלים לאיסוף פסולת ואשפה
(א)הפסולת בכלי השיט שבנמל תיאסף במכלי פסולת מתאימים ובטוחים; המכסה של מכל פסולת יהיה אטום בשעה שאין פותחים אותו כדי להכניס או להוציא פסולת; מכלי הפסולת יוחזקו נקיים ככל האפשר.
(ב)אם סילוק הפסולת הוא בהנחת מכלי הפסולת ברציף והרקתם שם, יהיה המכל ממתכת נוקשה או חומר מתאים אחר, צורתו תהיה גלילית, נפחו לא יעלה על חמישית מטר מעוקב ויהיו לו שתי ידיות.
