175. חובות הקברניט למניעת זיהום
(א)קברניט כלי שיט בנמל לא יניח שתצטבר בכלי שיט פסולת שמחמת מהותה וכמותה היא מזיקה לבריאות או גורמת ריחות רעים, ולא יניח שייווצרו בכלי השיט תנאים נוחים לקינון עכברים.
(ב)קברניט כלי שיט יאסוף את הפסולת בכלי השיט, יחזיק אותה בהתאם לתקנות אלה, ויעשה כל דבר שיש לעשותו לפי תקנות אלה כדי לסלק את הפסולת או כדי לאפשר את סילוקה.
