182. טובין מקולקלים שהובאו לנמל
הביא אדם לנמל טובין מקולקלים או הניחם שם תחול עליו החובה לסלקם, אולם אם הביא אותם להטענה על כלי שיט והקברניט או הבעל של כלי השיט אישר בכתב את קבלתם, תחול החובה לסלקם על הקברניט או הבעל.
