184. הוצאות השמדת טובין מקולקלים
הוצאות הסילוק וההשמדה של טובין מקולקלים כאמור בתקנה 183(א) ו־(ב) ייגבו מקברניטו או מבעלו של כלי השיט שממנו נפרקו הטובין, מבעל הטובין או מכל אדם האחראי לטובין, הכל לפי הענין.
