286. הכרעת סכסוכים
(א)מנהל הנמל רשאי להחליט בכל שאלה בדבר האגרות המגיעות לפי תקנות אלה, אם הן מגיעות, מאיזה זמן ובאיזה שיעור, וכן בכל הקשור במתן שירות בנמל או הנובע מהוראות תקנות אלה.
(ב)הרואה עצמו נפגע בהחלטת מנהל הנמל רשאי לפנות, תוך עשרה ימים מיום שההחלטה הגיעה לידיעתו, לרשות הנמלים בבקשה לבטלה או לשנותה.
