33. המצאת רתוקות על־ידי הקברניט
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)הקברניט של גווה או ספינת אספקה בנמל ימציא בעדן רתוקות מתאימות לשביעת רצונו של רב חובל הנמל.
(ב)הקברניט של גווה או ספינת אספקה בנמל ינקוט בכל האמצעים הדרושים לשמירתן כפי שיורה רב חובל הנמל.
