34. ניקוי רתוקות, תיקונן והחלפתן
תיקון: תשע״ח
בזמנים שקבע רב חובל הנמל יובאו הרתוקות של כל גווה או ספינת אספקה לחוף, ינוקו, ישומנו או יוחלפו ויוחזרו למקומן לשביעת רצונו של רב חובל הנמל ועל חשבון הבעל או הקברניט של הגווה או הספינה.
