53. מסירת מיצהר היצוא בהפליג כלי השיט
כל כלי שיט, בטרם יינתן לו אישור הפלגה, חייב קברניטו למסור לפקיד המוסמך רשימת הנוסעים העומדים להפליג וכן מיצהר היצוא של המטען המציין בין היתר את המידות והמשקלות של כל משגור; אולם אם יש לכלי השיט סוכן בנמל, די בכך שהוא ימסור את הרשימה או המיצהר לפקיד המוסמך תוך 24 שעות מעת קבלת אישור ההפלגה.
