54. תנועת כלי שיט בנמל
לא יניע ולא יתמרן אדם כלי שיט בנמל באופן העלול לסכן חיי אדם או לגרום נזק לכלי שיט, למיתקני נמל או לכל רכוש אחר שבנמל.
