62. הפעלת מדחף על יד רציף
תיקון: תשע״ח
בכלי שיט העוגן על יד רציף לא יופעל המדחף בלי רשות לכך מאת רב חובל הנמל אלא אם –
(1)הפעלתו דרושה כאמצעי למקרה חירום; או
(2)הפעלתו הכרחית כדי למנוע סכנה מידית לרכוש או לנפש.
