63. איסור חסימת נתיבי שיט וגישות
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)לא יעגון כלי שיט בנתיב שיט, בתעלה או במקום המפריע לגישה לכל רציף, מזח או מיתקן אחר של הנמל, אלא לפי היתר מראש מאת רב חובל הנמל, לתקופת ההיתר ובהתאם לתנאיו.
(ב)לא יוריד קברניט סירה מכלי שיט למימי הנמל, ולא יתיר הורדתה, בלי שקיבל קודם לכך רשות מרב חובל הנמל, פרט למקרה חירום.
