377. הוראת שעה לעניין גמלה לפי פרק ח׳ לחוק הביטוח הלאומי
בתקופה של שלוש שנים מיום התחילה יחולו לעניין גמלה לפי פרק ח׳ לחוק הביטוח הלאומי הוראות אלה:
(1)המוסד לביטוח לאומי שהגיש תביעת חוב הנובעת מתשלום גמלה כאמור, יסווג כאסיפת סוג נפרדת, לשם אישור הצעת תכנית לשיקום כלכלי לפי הוראות סימן ג׳ לפרק ז׳ בחלק ב׳ לחוק זה;
(2)הנוסח שולב בחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995 כהוראת שעה.
