תחולה
(א)תחולה
(1)סימן זה יחול על מספקים שקיבלו את רישיון האספקה ביום כ״א בסיוון התשפ״א (1 ביוני 2021) או לאחריו והם בלא אמצעי ייצור.
(2)על מספקים כאמור בסעיף קטן (1), לא יחולו אמות מידה 50 ו־56 עד 59.
