תיקון: תשפ״א, תשפ״ב
מספר החברים בוועדת נושים כמשמעותה בסעיף 263 לחוק (בפרק זה – הוועדה) לא יפחת משלושה ולא יעלה על חמישה, אלא אם כן הורה בית המשפט אחרת.
