136טו. המצאת החלטת הנאמן בקשר לזכות הצבעה של נושה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
החליט הנאמן כי לנושה זכות הצבעה השונה מערך תביעת החוב שהגיש, ימציא לנושה הודעה על כך במועד הסמוך ככל האפשר למועד קבלת ההחלטה ולא יאוחר מ־24 שעות לפני מועד אסיפת הנושים.
