159ג. המצאה לצורך פרסום
תיקון: תשפ״א, תשפ״א־2, תשפ״ב
מגיש בקשה להסדר חוב לגבי תאגיד ימציא לממונה בלא דיחוי את העתק הבקשה ואת המסמכים שצורפו לה, וכן הודעה על הגשת הבקשה ועל מועד הדיון בה לצורך פרסומה; הוחלט על דיון לאחר שהומצאה הבקשה, ימציא המבקש את ההזמנה לדיון כאמור בתקנה זו.
