159ו. המצאה של בקשת נושה להסדר חוב
תיקון: תשפ״א, תשפ״א־2, תשפ״ב
אם מגיש הבקשה להסדר חוב הוא נושה, ימציא הנושה לתאגיד את הבקשה ואת המסמכים שצורפו לה ואת מועד הדיון בה, בלא דיחוי, בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה או במסירה אישית; הוחלט על מועד לדיון לאחר שהומצאה הבקשה, ימציא המבקש את ההזמנה לדיון כאמור בתקנה זו.
