159טו. העתק מהבקשה להסדר חוב
תיקון: תשפ״א, תשפ״א־2, תשפ״ב
היחיד מגיש הבקשה להסדר חוב, ימציא העתק ממנה לכל אלה:
(1)לממונה;
(2)אם הוגשה לגביו בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים, גם לבית המשפט או לרשם ההוצאה לפועל שהוגשה לו בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים בעניינו;
(3)אם ניתן לגבי היחיד צו לפתיחת הליכים, גם לנאמן וכן לבית המשפט או לרשם ההוצאה לפועל שנתן צו כאמור, לפי העניין.
